    (sorry for the english…)
    i am experianceing problem with my languge suppot latly… and it reflects on my outlook express and even some programs… the problem is that it wont show words. it makes signs like @!$@#$^!@#$ and i realy dont know what to do… (the easy way to reinstall windows)
    i hope some one can give me an answer to fix this problem.

    encodeing wont help.

    When an e-mail is being sent to you, which is ANSI-Encoded and not UNICODE-Encoded, and the language in the e-mail is different from the one set as default with your windows deployment, you will experience gibberish. These are my two cents.
    How did you infer, however, that messing around with encoding settings won`t help?

    if the problem is only with hebrew fonts, reinstall it.

    התכנתי את הפונטים מחדש.. זה לא עוזר… עדיין יש לי ג`בריש. וגם ניסיתי לעשות "תיקון" לחלונות.

    Try changing the default language for NON-UNICODE programs to `Hebrew`, in the `Regional Settings`.

    yeap that did the trick, thanks for the help buddy. it was on "english" insted of "hewbrew"
